Speakers:

Micah Saul, Attorney, McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC

Micah is a member of the Labor and Employment Group, and regularly counsels employers on matters involving employee management and workplace policies, discrimination and harassment, labor concerns and collective bargaining, and workers’ compensation.  Micah believes that the best way to reduce clients’ exposure to compliance issues, grievances, and lawsuits is to help them find pragmatic, proactive solutions to their legal needs. Litigation cannot always be avoided, and when necessary, Micah passionately represents employers before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and arbitrators.  He has successfully defended clients against discrimination and harassment suits, labor grievances, workers’ compensation claims, and other employment-related actions.  He has also secured the early dismissal of claims against employers through motions practice and, when appropriate, favorable settlements.

Greg Archibald, Attorney, McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC

Greg practices in the McNees Labor & Employment Group. Strongly valuing productive and collaborative working relationships with his clients, Greg approaches legal needs with open lines of communication and long-term strategies for success. His experience includes defending employers in workers’ compensation cases, and representing employers facing claims of discrimination, harassment, and constructive discharge before administrative bodies. He has also conducted on-site and virtual investigations for employers facing reports of workplace injuries, harassment, and discrimination, and created custom employment and operational documents tailored to a client’s individual needs, including employee handbooks, non-compete agreements, and severance agreements.
